Construction options....

Our services include new construction as well as remodeling. Two options for types of projects are:

Construction Management: Provides management of the entire project including working with the church, architect, sub-contractors, etc. for a fee based on the final total cost of construction.

Firm Price: Provides identical services for a prearranged fee once the final plans, specifications, and scope of work are established and signed off.
